18 Aug, Last Show!!!..............................


2.45 - 4.15pm: Briefing by Mr Matthew Grey, Mr Lim & Mr Bang in LT 1 followed by singing on audi stage till 5pm.
Who? Cast & Chorus 
  • Mr Grey will brief all on procedure for after the show at 2.45 - 3pm
  • Packed dinner to be brought to make-up room by makeup team for Act 1 Cast, Chorus (about 60 packed dinner) (Makeup and dinner at the same time to start at 5pm)

5pm: Briefing by Mr Lim & Mr Bang in LT 1
Who? Operational Team (AV Sound, AV Light, AV Projection, AV Screen Nicole, AV Follow Spots)
  • Have your dinner at the canteen before briefing at 5pm
 
 4.30 - 5.30pm: Briefing by Ms Alycia & Ms Justina at Atrium
Who? Stage Crew & SM


4pmReporting time for Makeup & Wig Team & An Lin


4.30pm: Reporting Time for Costume Team and the rest of the Prop Team


6.30 - 7pm: Scene Work on stage (to be confirmed subjected to availability of students due to make up starting at 5pm


5pm: 
  • Screen Assistants to report for dinner and do necessary preparations. (More instructions for post-show will be given to screen assistants tomorrow.)
 
  • Soloists report.


6.30pmAct 1 Cast, soloists to be miked at atrium 
  • By 6pm, all groups should be ready in costumes, make-up and hairdo
  • AV mic-ers: report at 5pm (dinner followed by preparing to mike cast, soloists punctuallyat 6pm)

7pm: Sound Check for all


7.15pm: All on standby 

CO, String, Band, GZ, MD, Chinese Dance, DALT: You may decide on your own reporting time.

NYK & NYP: As scheduled.

Final reminder:
  • All of us will have to clear up our own holding / performing area after the show tomorrow night. Hence, please ask your parents to pick you up at 11.30pm. With everyone helping and doing our part, we can clean up the place very fast!
  • Sec 301 to 308 classrooms need to be reset to its original form by Cast & Chorus.
  • SM teachers will assist to ensure the classrooms are cleared before dismissing the Cast and Chorus
  • Costume, Props, Set, Make-up & Wig Team will be given further instructions by Teachers IC of these teams
  • The 3 orchestras will return the chairs and music stands to their original venue (eg. audi, music rooms, etc.)
