  • The ATC briefing for sec2s will be held on Friday, 4th Nov 2011

Sec 1 - 4s: Full Guides uniform with white socks and shoes

Things to Note:

1. Please bring along your performance attire to change into after patrol corner.

2. After the ceremony, please settle down outside the conference room quickly in your respective patrols.

3. Please read through and familiarise yourself with the Handover Ceremony procedure (see below).

4. In any case of wet weather, please assemble outside Conference Room C as the Handover Ceremony will be held in the Rooftop Hall.

Annex: Handover Ceremony Procedure

Company attention

§ The entire company will stand at attention at this point.

By patrols, left wheel, quick march

§ From the left side of the company (Coy 1, Sunflower Patrol), patrols will start marching. The rest will start to hentak. (Jia Yu, Daphne and Qian Yu will time) Patrol leader will lead her patrol and the rest of the patrols will follow in file. They will start forming the horseshoe shape. Once they have formed the horseshoe, they will continue to march on to the front of the flagpole.

Centre march

§ At the flagpole, CLs will give the command. Patrols will turn left and march towards the centre of the horseshoe formation. They will march on till the end of the horseshoe.

Alternate patrols, right and left march

§ When the patrols have reached the end, CLs will give the command. The first patrol will turn right, and the second left. The third will turn right again. They will march to the left and to the right alternately until all patrols are in the horseshoe.

Company, halt

§ CLs will give the command to halt when Patrols are in a proper horseshoe formation.

Company inward turn

§ Company will turn to their left to face the flagpole

Colour party fall out

§ Colour party (Jia Yu, Daphne and Qian Yu) will fall out, break colours, and salute colours. They will give their own timing.

Colour party back to original position, quick march

Existing PLs and PSes from Sunflower, Morning Glory and Orchid fall out

§ Existing PLs must make sure that there is a space for the Incoming PLs to stand

Existing PLs and PSes halt (by last person in the row)

Incoming PLs and PSes from Sunflower, Morning Glory and Orchid Fall Out

Here is the programme schedule for cca on 25th October 2011:

Attire:

Sec1s & Sec2s: PE attire

Sec3s: Farewell costumes

Things to note:

  • Once the crime prevention lesson is over, the sec1s and sec2s can be dismissed.
  • Sec3s can try out the sound system from 1700 – 1800
  • Sec1s please stay back after your lesson for a short rehearsal of your farewell item
