Campfire ICs

Dear Campfire ICs,


These are your duties:


1. Collect consent forms from the accompanying guider and distribute them to those going for the campfire


2. Confirm the attendance for campfire and collect the consent forms


3. Make sure everyone is clear about time, attire and meeting place


4. Take attendance and check attire

5. Lead the campfire group to cheer or take part in the activities

6. Receive any prizes or souvenirs and pass them to the guider

7. Make sure everyone messages you when they have reached home safely


For the SCGS campfire and RGS Annual Assembly, Ms Gloria Teng will be the accompanying guider.

Here is the campfire allocation for 2011. (:


Campfire Group 1: Patrols 1-3 (Sunflower, Morning Glory, Orchid)

Campfire Group 2: Patrols 4-6 (Ixora, Hibiscus, Jasmine)

Campfire Group 3: Patrols 7-9 (Sparrow, Oriole, Dove)

Campfire Group 4: Patrols 10-12 (Flowerpecker, Kingfisher, Swallow)

The first campfire will be at Singapore Chinese Girls' School (SCGS), on 30 April from 6.30pm - 9.30pm. Campfire Group 1 will go for this campfire. Please assemble at SCGS at 6.15pm. Attire will be full Guides uniform with white shoes and socks.


The second campfire will be at Raffles Girls School (RGS), on 28 May at 6.30pm. Campfire Group 2 will go for this campfire. Attire will be full Guides uniform with white shoes and socks. More details will be given at a later date.
