Please meet me in 2/6 classroom, C2-01, at 3pm on 24 August, Tues. Bring your stationery and writing paper.

You will be having PLC starting from 3.30pm in 310 classroom.

Sec 1s to sec 3s,
There will be CCA this Fri, 27 Aug. It will be a 1.5hr meeting/briefing about Farewell & Annual Training Camp. Meet at 3pm outside the Audi for attendance taking before proceeding to LT2.

Sec 1, 2, 4: Hongzi (School rules still apply)

1. Please note the reporting venue, attire and dismissal time.
   
2. Sec 3s are reminded to prepare for elections by thinking about one strength, one weakness and the position that you would like to take on in 2011. Please check your emails for more details.
   
3. All the Sec 4s will be attending this CCA session.
   
4. Guides are not to do any other work during the elections even if they are not involved in the interview process.
   
5. If you are unable to make it for the CCA session or will be late, please submit a signed excuse letter to the ACLs.

Sec 2-3s: Full-uniform with hat, spectacle hooks, hairnet and polished boots with white socks

Things to note:

1. This CCA session only involves those in the FDP Squad.

2. This footdrill session will be a FULL DRESS REHEARSAL so please take note.

3. Guides are reminded to revise their footdrill notes the day before the CCA session, and are to drink plenty of water and rest well the night before.

4. All boots are to be polished. Unpolished boots will be counted as an attire mistake.

5. If you are unable to attend the CCA session, please submit a signed excuse letter.

1. This CCA session only involves those in the FDP Squad.

2. This footdrill session will be a combined session with NYNPCC and NYSJAB, where we will be practicing and familiarising ourselves with the parade procedure, so please take note.
