18 Aug Schedule Last Show!

2.45 - 4.15pm: Briefing by Mr Matthew Grey, Mr Lim & Mr Bang in LT 1 followed by singing on audi stage till 5pm.
Who? Cast & Chorus 
  • Mr Grey will brief all on procedure for after the show at 2.45 - 3pm
  • Packed dinner to be brought to make-up room by makeup team for Act 1 Cast, Chorus (about 60 packed dinner) (Makeup and dinner at the same time to start at 5pm)

5pm: Briefing by Mr Lim & Mr Bang in LT 1
Who? Operational Team (AV Sound, AV Light, AV Projection, AV Screen Nicole, AV Follow Spots)
  • Have your dinner at the canteen before briefing at 5pm
 
 4.30 - 5.30pm: Briefing by Ms Alycia & Ms Justina at Atrium
Who? Stage Crew & SM

4.30pm: Reporting Time for Costume Team and the rest of the Prop Team

  • Screen Assistants to report for dinner and do necessary preparations. (More instructions for post-show will be given to screen assistants tomorrow.)
 
  • Soloists report.


6.30pmAct 1 Cast, soloists to be miked at atrium 
  • By 6pm, all groups should be ready in costumes, make-up and hairdo
  • AV mic-ers: report at 5pm (dinner followed by preparing to mike cast, soloists punctuallyat 6pm)

7pm: Sound Check for all


7.15pm: All on standby 

CO, String, Band, GZ, MD, Chinese Dance, DALT: You may decide on your own reporting time.

NYK & NYP: As scheduled.

Final reminder:
  • All of us will have to clear up our own holding / performing area after the show tomorrow night. Hence, please ask your parents to pick you up at 11.30pm. With everyone helping and doing our part, we can clean up the place very fast!
  • Sec 301 to 308 classrooms need to be reset to its original form by Cast & Chorus.
  • SM teachers will assist to ensure the classrooms are cleared before dismissing the Cast and Chorus
  • Costume, Props, Set, Make-up & Wig Team will be given further instructions by Teachers IC of these teams
  • The 3 orchestras will return the chairs and music stands to their original venue (eg. audi, music rooms, etc.)

13 Aug Musical

13 Aug New Schedule:
 
8 - 9am: Flower Up Practice for 2.6 (assisted/guided by Ms Alycia)
Who? Teacher and Students pulling up the flowers, props team to help prepare the 6 baskets of flowers (check that flowers have been properly laid in the basket.) (LOA till 9am)
 
9 - 10am: Briefing by Mr Jon Lim and Mr Bang in LT2
Who? AV Projection, AV Lighting, AV Sound, AV Screen (Nicole), AV Followspotters (All of you will be given LOA from 9 - 10am; take attendance in class and proceed to LT2.)
 
10am - 12nn: Briefing by Mr Jon Lim and Mr Bang in LT2
Who? Cast & Chorus (All of you will be given LOA from 10am as you have another briefing by Ms Tay from 12 - 12.30pm followed by lunch. You will then prepare for rehearsal run from 3 - 6pm in costumes & wigs & be miked, ready for the run at 3pm sharp.)
 
10am - 12nn: Work on Stage (assisted/guided by Ms Justina and/or Ms Alycia)
Who? Stage Crew (All of you will be given LOA from 10am - 1pm which includes lunch time for you at 12nn.)
 
9am - 12nn: Briefing by Ms Alycia and Rachel in M310
Who? SM, ASM, Stage Crew, Rachel (All of you will be given LOA from 9am - 1pm which includes lunch time for you after the briefing. Take attendance in class in the morning and proceed to M310.)
 
11 - 12nn: Briefing by Ms Alycia in M301
Who? AV mic-ers (All of you will be given LOA from 11am - 1pm which includes lunch time for you after the briefing.)
 
11.15 - 11.45am: Briefing by Ms Tay Ruen Shien in LT1
Who? MD (1.1, 2.2, 2.5) & Choir (those with wigs) (Take your lunch and proceed to LT1 by 11.15am.)
 
12 - 12.30pm: Briefing by Ms Tay Ruen Shien in LT2
Who? Cast & Chorus
 
1.15 - 2.15pm: Getting ready to be in costumes & wigs in LT2 (classrooms are not available yet)
Who? Cast & Chorus, MD (in 1.1), Choir (those in Act 1 first), soloists in Act 1, costume team, wig team. (All of you will be given LOA from 1.15pm.)
 
3 - 6.30pm: Rehearsal Run
Who? EVERYONE
  • All cast, chorus, choir, soloists & MD (in scenes) are to be in costumes (including shoes & accessories) & wigs
  • All other performers only need to be in performance attire/costumes and makeup for the night Full Dress Rehearsal 2 (this is video-ed)
  • NYK & NYP will only arrive after 4pm; I will inform the SM if they are ready to go on stage when they arrive. Otherwise, we will let them join us only in the night Full Dress Rehearsal as originally scheduled so that the little ones can have more preparation time as well as have their dinner first.
6.30 - 7.15pm: Dinner for All
 
7.15 - 7.45pm: Final Prep for all
 
7.45pm: Standby
 
8 - 11pm: Full Dress Rehearsal 2 (Filmed)
 
Please note that HCI may not be able to join us at the briefing required above.
 
LOA in summary:
  • Cast & Chorus: From 10am
  • AV Projection, Light, Follow Spots, Sound: 9 - 10am
  • AV mic-ers: 11 - 1pm and from 2pm
  • SM, ASM, Stage Crew: 9am - 1pm and from 2pm 
  • MD (in 1.1), Choir (those in Act 1 first), soloists in Act 1, costume team, wig team: From1.15pm
Sec 301 - 308 Classrooms are only available after school from 2.30pm.

Dear All,

Please note that there will be rehearsal on 8 and 11 Aug for the rest of this week. (Please note that 10 Aug is cancelled. Hence, all of you will have 2 full days of rest.)

2 - 2.30pm: Briefing for Cast, Chorus, Choir, Soloists in the auditorium. AV Sound to set up mic in the audi for the briefing.

2.30pm: AV Students, Screen Students and Crew to report at usual venue, Costume Team to get ready costumes & necessary accessories, Wig Team to get ready wigs

3 - 7pm: Full run 
Who? Everyone
  1. Cast, Chorus, Choir, Soloists in costumes, shoes, wigs, accessories
  2. Hongzi / CCA attire for the rest of the groups (Dancers, Guzheng, DALT, Sporting Life)
  3. Cast, soloists to be miked by 2.30pm.
