*To be done when Sec 3 testers have free time
**Flag etiquette theory will be taught to the Sec 1s on the day itself
**WAGGGS 3.1 consists of singing the World song, which can be found on this link here.
**The Sec 2s will use the information found in pages 238-239 (after having studied beforehand) to make a presentation in groups of 4-5 to show to the testers, who decide what each group will present. Time will be given on the actual day to prepare the presentation.
*** 2 sec 3s, or 1 sec 3 and 1 sec 4 have been allocated to each testwork such that they can take turns to manage the testwork session whilst completing the testworks that they have yet to complete, administered by Sec 4s.

 Other activities:

Class 107 will be used as a classroom for arts and craft activities for those who have finished all their testworks, so that the guides will have activities to do and be occupied at all times. The Testwork ICs will prepare the craft activity such that no one has to oversee the classroom. The activity will be origami, and origami paper as well as instructions will be provided. \

Testworks to be completed beforehand and submitted to Testwork I/Cs during ATC (for those who have yet to be completed them):

Section 4 Module 2.1: E-Call List
Section 4 Module 2.4: First-Aid Kit

It is compulsory for each patrol to have at least one first-aid kit and e-call list.

Things to note:

 • To prepare for the testworks, Guides are to read and revise the relevant sections of the Guide Handbook (the one from HQ a.k.a the blue handbook) mentioned above.

 • Guides are reminded to take testworks seriously and study for respective testworks so that the session will be meaningful and not a waste of time for both the testers and the Guides taking the test.

• Sec 3s who have not completed their simple repairs and recycling homework are reminded to complete it and hand it in to the testwork I/Cs during ATC.

• For Sec 2s and Sec 3s, there might be extra time in between the sessions, especially for those who have completed some of the testworks assigned to their batch already. You are encouraged to study for subsequent tests, or if completely done, head to 107 classroom for the crafts activity. Take note that taking a testwork not assigned to your batch is also allowed, as long as you have finished all the testworks allocated.

• The testwork I/Cs’14 are Azalea and Shi Ying, if you have any queries do contact them beforehand.

Cheers,
