A11titude'11 packing list and reporting time

Dear Guides,

Here are some updates on A11titude'11:














































  • The packing list for A11titude'11 can also be found in the A11titude gmail.

  • Reporting time on Wed, 7th Dec: 8.00am.
    *Those who need to refrigerate their OCC food, pls come earlier.

  • Attire: PE shirt, NY shorts or Dark blue/black straight cut FBTs and school skirt and patrol identity

  • We will be having roll call and attendance taking.

  • Also remember to bring your $6 camp fee if you haven't already done so, patrol logbooks and camp consent forms
  • Subcamp ICs please submit the campfire sound track to Sandra on the first day of camp

    Any qns pls feel free to ask us and we'll see you for A11titude'11! :D

Annex: Handover Ceremony Procedure

Company attention

§ The entire company will stand at attention at this point.

By patrols, left wheel, quick march

§ From the left side of the company (Coy 1, Sunflower Patrol), patrols will start marching. The rest will start to hentak. (Jia Yu, Daphne and Qian Yu will time) Patrol leader will lead her patrol and the rest of the patrols will follow in file. They will start forming the horseshoe shape. Once they have formed the horseshoe, they will continue to march on to the front of the flagpole.

Centre march

§ At the flagpole, CLs will give the command. Patrols will turn left and march towards the centre of the horseshoe formation. They will march on till the end of the horseshoe.

Alternate patrols, right and left march

§ When the patrols have reached the end, CLs will give the command. The first patrol will turn right, and the second left. The third will turn right again. They will march to the left and to the right alternately until all patrols are in the horseshoe.

Company, halt

§ CLs will give the command to halt when Patrols are in a proper horseshoe formation.

Company inward turn

§ Company will turn to their left to face the flagpole

Colour party fall out

§ Colour party (Jia Yu, Daphne and Qian Yu) will fall out, break colours, and salute colours. They will give their own timing.

Please take note that the following is for those involved in the NDP Squad.

Reporting Time: 7.30
(for attendance taking and attire check)

Attire:
Full uniform with polished boots, white socks, hat, hairnet, belt, whistle and spec hooks.

Things to note:
-Please rest well the night before
-Familiarise yourselves with the parade procedure
-Squad is to fall in to their squad arrangement for attendance taking.
-SMS the FCs if you cannot make it (although we hope this will not happen)

NDP FOOTDRILL PRACTICE 4 AUG 2011



Attire:
All: Guides Yellow Tee + NY Skirt with hat, hair net, spec hooks, white socks and polished boots.

Things to note:
1. This CCA session is only for Guides involved in NDP.

2. There will not be roll call so fall in to the FCs immediately by greeting.

Do have adequate rest to prepare yourself for the footdrill session!

NDP Footdrill practice

Dear Guides,

please take note that there will be a footdrill training for the NDP squad on Monday, 25 July, from 7.15 am to 8.15am.

For those involved, please report to the canteen at 7.15am sharp in your PE Tee, NY shorts and NY skirt. You will need to have your hairnet, hat, spec hooks, boots and white socks on.

Do rest well before trainings!

Programme Schedule for 22 July 2011, Outdoor Cooking Competition

Things to note:




1. Sec 2s are reminded to meet at the 4th level kitchen to place their food in the refridgerator on Friday, 7.15am.





2. Please remember to pick sufficient twigs and punk and each buddy patrol is reminded to bring a poncho, rags and a day's worth of newspapers.




3. (update)Sandra, He Chen, Nicole Lee, Sarah, Hwee Han and Tanya will have footdrill training from 1530 to 1655. Attire will be LSC'10 tee. You will wear your NY skirt after roll call. Please bring your hairnet, spec hooks, hat, white socks and boots.
