Sec 4s: Guides Shirt + NY Shorts/Dark blue or black FBTs, Guides Skirt, Belt, Whistle, White socks, Polished boots, Bun/hair net, Spectacle hooks, Guides Hat

Reminders:
- Sec 3s are reminded to learn the basic footdrill commands as they will be practising teaching and commanding
- Everyone else should revise footdrill commands too
- White socks should not have any logos on them and should be 3 fingers above your ankle.
