Proficiency badges

since the tagboard has a limited space for words in a tag, I felt it would be easier if i replied the tags in a post instead. Hopefully it'll be clearer too (:
1) To shuhui : A commonwealth essay is an essay that we( sec4s) are required to write for Lang arts, not very sure about the other levels. Dont worry about it, we're using it just as an example. Stating how you cleared the clause is for guides who have written an essay before and want to use it to clear this badge as well. Thus, we state what essay we've done before ( must be seen/marked by lang arts teacher). However, not to worry if you've written a new essay for this badge. You can show it to your lang arts teacher, and after he has seen it, just ask him/her to initial at the side of the clause.
2) To JiaChun: nope you dont have to do the last clause since you've a grade 7 cert already. Just get your music teacher to acknowledge that you've completed the clause (:
3) To Vanessa : You're supposed to do it in front of the tester ( Lang arts teacher), not during testworks session. (:
4) To Bernadette: yes, you can use the fps scenario writing story if it fufils the requirements.
5) To Tingting: nope, you dont have to attach the things you did, you only need to submit the slip (:
6) To yeekhoon and all who are confused over clause 3 of the writers badge: Clause 3 writer's badge is to be done in front of a tester, its like a mini test. Regarding the punctuation test, as long as you know how to use punctuations, you dont have to take the test. And since, LA requires usage of punctuation, this part on punctuations is auto clear for everyone.
