Friday 13/08/2021 Schedule
Hey Guides!
Here is the schedule for CCA on 13th August, Friday. Do take note that CCA is for ALL Guides on Friday. There will be several activities going on at the same time so please read through carefully to see which activity you will be involved in.
1. COY 1 Sec 1s:
- will attend the BPA test by another school’s Guide
- please login to the Zoom by 4.30pm
2. COY 2 Sec 1s, all Sec 2s and all Sec 3s who are not involved in Nicole’s BPA Trial Run:
- we will be watching the West Division Campfire together

- please login to the Zoom by 3pm
- the livestream will end at 5pm
3. Patrol Dove Sec 2s and 3s
- will be attending Nicole’s BPA trial run
- CCA will be from 3-5pm
- Nicole has contacted you directly with more details

Attire:
Sec 1s, 2s, 3s: NYGH school-based shirt (unless you have been instructed otherwise)
List of reminders:
1. Please be punctual! Report by the reporting time stated above. If anyone reports after that they will be considered late!!
2. If you are unable to make it on time due to a valid reason, please notify your PLs beforehand so we know if we can move on. PLs do take note of your patrol’s attendance and report the attendance to EXCO.
3. Everyone needs to use a device with a working camera and mic. Cameras are to be on throughout the ENTIRE call. Everyone is expected to participate actively.
4. Please name yourself in the following format: level_patrol_name when entering the calls, if not we cannot and will not admit you!
5. Do remember to work on your GuidingLIGHT assignments regularly. Thanks!!
