Here is the schedule for CCA on 16th February, Tuesday.

Attire:
Sec 2s-4s: FULL Guides uniform (including hat) + POLISHED boots + white socks + NY MASK + bun/hair net *HAIR MUST BE IN LOW BUN*
IMPORTANT: you will NOT be allowed to participate in the filming if you have ANY attire mistakes.

PLs please do an attire check for your patrol mates and help to adjust their uniforms or help them if they need help.

Things to note
(a) Guide Uniform
1. Neat and ironed.
à Tip: Bring your uniform in a uniform cover so that you will not need to fold it and stuff it into your bag. (: 

2. Blouse must be tucked in at all times, such that the belt buckle is visible.

3. Guide skirt must be knee-length. No longer. No shorter.
à Tip: Kneel down wearing your skirt. The hem of the skirt should touch the ground nicely, this is the right length!

4. Skirt pockets should be empty, so that it will not hinder movement.

5. All badges must be sewn and pinned on at the right places on the uniform. 
à REMEMBER the World BadgeTrefoil, Bronze/Silver/Gold badge, Thinking Day patch. 

6. The scarf must be secured under metal studs sewn to the uniform collar. It should also be tied neatly; the reef knot should form a neat square, and the ends of the scarf should be of equal length
à Tip: Iron the folds of your scarf at home. You can also tie your scarf and pin on the trefoil beforehand; this saves a lot of time when you put on your uniform!  
(b) Hat
1. Ironed and not crumpled.
à Tip: Starch your hat if possible!

2. To be folded and tucked under left epaulette when not worn.

3. Ensure that the hat badge is centralised, and that the elastic band is not visible.
à As batchmates, help to check each others’ hats!
(c) Accessories
1. No jewellery allowed. This includes ear studs and necklaces. Watches must also be taken off before the footdrill session.

2. Long hair (touching the state crest of the scarf) must be tied up neatly in a low bun with a bun net. Short hair should be in a hair net.

3. Hair accessories must be black in colour.

(d) Boots and socks 

1. Socks are strictly to be all white

2. No ankle socks allowed. White socks must be 3 fingers above the ankle bone. 
à Do not try to cheat and turn your NY socks inside out.

3. Boots should be polished and shiny. Place insoles in your boots if they are too loose for you


List of reminders:

1. *Everyone should report at exactly 3.45pm!! Attendance taking will be in coys and we will be doing roll call.

2. Please be punctual. If you really cannot make in on time because of a valid reason, notify the PLs beforehand and PLs do take note of your patrol’s attendance :)) 

3. *Remember to revise footdrill commands & parade procedure before the CCA session!! Refer to the video and procedure sent out previously by the FCs.

4. Please be in the right attire stated above during CCA!! Any attire mistake will result in PT as a batch.

5. Stick to your own coy, no mingling with Guides from the other coy.
