Hello Guides!

Here is the schedule for CCA on 5th June, Friday.

17.25-18.30	2020 Elections (Sec threes)	Zoom call (refer to email for zoom link)	PLs to take attendance of their patrol during the first five minutes and report to EXCO. Elections will proceed afterwards.

Attire:

Sec 4s, 3s(who have presented), 2s and 1s: School-based shirts/School uniform

Sec 3s who are going to present:  Full Uniform

List of reminders:

1. Please use an *identifiable* name when entering zoom call, if not we cannot admit you!

2. Please be punctual in entering the zoom call! If you really cannot make in on time because of a valid reason, notify the PLs beforehand so we know if we can move on, and PLs do take note of your patrol’s attendance :)) 

3. Please take notes when guides are being interviewed because there are a lot of people and you have to consider their answers in your vote. Every vote is important! 

4. Try to test your zoom and network beforehand if you know you have a problem, notify beforehand or try to fix it! 

5. PLs please record your patrols’ answers, including sec 2s! 

6. Mute your call when you are not speaking

7. Sec 3s do pay attention to your whatsapp and respond quickly! 

8. *Everyone should report 5 minutes before CCA starts for PLs to take attendance!*
