2019 Admin Matters
Hello Guides, here are some CCA matters for 2019 to take note of.
1. CCA Timings:
Odd Tues : 3.15pm-6pm
Odd Fri : 3.15pm-6pm
Even Tues: 3.15pm-6pm
Even Fri : 4pm-6.30pm
Note: For Odd Fridays, Sec 3s are to report as a batch at 4.15pm, at the Vending Machine Area (unless otherwise indicated in that day’s schedule). EXCO’19 will be taking your attendance.
2. Guiders 2019
Ms Gloria Teng (main teacher IC), Mrs Chiong and Ms Falilah
As Mrs Ng will be away this year, Ms Falilah will be joining us!
3. Announcements
There is a new page in our Guides blog with the heading, “Announcements”. Apart from emailing, matters such as Yeomen service, registration for certain badges and more will be posted there so do look out for those.
4. Patrol Duties
The duty roster for cleaning the Guides Room and Guides Store will be under the heading, “Patrol Duties”. Each patrol is to take note of the week they are on duty and inform their checkers when they are done with it.
5. Attendance
Whenever you cannot come for CCA due to reasons unrelated to school, (eg. MC/compassionate leave/family matters/medical appointments which cannot be rescheduled, etc.), you are required to submit a signed parent’s letter or an official MC (TCM not accepted).
You should also remember to inform your PL or PS at least one day before the CCA session on which you will be absent. When reporting late for CCA, inform anyone in EXCO’19 to update your attendance.

B19: Sec 1s (who will be joining us soon!)
EXCO’19: Juu K, Charlein, Nguen Cheng, Sonia
