Sec 2s-4s: Full guide uniform (complete with hat, hairnet/bun net, white socks, polished boots; no accessories allowed, including watches and ear studs)

Things to note:

1.  Please revise your footdrill notes beforehand and polish your boots. 
2.  Do have adequate rest the night before to prepare yourself for the footdrill session.
