Attire:

Sec 2s-3s: LSC'14 T-Shirt with NY PE Shorts, Guides skirt with Hat, Belt, Whistle, Hair Net, White socks and Polished boots

Sec 3s: Yellow NYGG Tee and NY PE Shorts, Guides skirt with hat, Belt, Whistle, Hair Net, White socks and Polished boots

Things to note:

1.     Do have adequate rest to prepare for the footdrill session.

2.     Revise footdrill notes.

3.     Colour party selection will be carried out for Sec 3 and 4 guides.
