Things to note:

1. You should revise your knots and lashings in the Guide Handbook.
   
2. Guides are reminded to bring their penknives for the CCA session.
   

If you are unable to attend CCA session, please submit a signed excuse letter to the ACLs.

Hello! Here is the programme schedule for this Tuesday's CCA session.

Attire:

Sec 2-4s: Full Uniform with Whistle, Hat, Hair net / Bun net, Belt, Specs Hooks, White Socks, Boots

Things to note:

1. Guides are reminded to revise their footdrill notes the day before the CCA session, and are to drink plenty of water and rest well the night before.
   
2. All boots are to be polished. Unpolished boots will be counted as an attire mistake.
   
3. All new badges are to be sewn neatly onto the sleeve(s) of your uniform.
   
4. Guides who have not received their badges are to look for testwork ICs (Wong Jin Hui, Sheranne Kwok, Abigail Lau).
   
5. For footdrill, guides will fall in in their Thinking Day squads and not in batches. You are to be sure of your position in the squad and not wait for FCs to go revise the squad formation again.
   
6. If you are unable to attend CCA session, please submit a signed excuse letter to the ACLs.
   

 

We've also noticed that some guides have been missing out on footdrill sessions! Please be reminded that you are required to attend CCA even if you are sick. That is, if you are well enough to attend school, you are to report for CCA. But you will not need to do footdrill if you are on antibiotics or have an MC to grant you excuse from physical activity.

please come to look for Sheranne or Abigail on Monday morning 8am at 412 classroom (3rd level science block) to collect your badges! (: bring the neccessary money along too.

for those who do not know how to sew your badges on the uniform:

badges are to be sewn in a 3 x 3 arrangement on the sleeves of your uniform. Start from the right sleeve ("right" in this case refers to the right-side when you wear the uniform). The first badge should be sewn on the column closest to the front of your uniform as shown below, then the second badge below the first, and the third below the second. The fourth badge will be placed on the second column. After 9 badges are sewn on the right sleeve, proceed onto the left sleeve, starting from the column nearest to the front of your uniform again(:
