Sec 1s and 2s: LSC '12 T-Shirt with NY skirt and shorts, Polished Boots, White Socks, Hat, Spec Hooks, Hair/Bun Net

- Applies only to the Sec 1s and 2s in Group N (involved in NDFDP)
- Footdrill practice will only start at 3.30pm
- Rest well the night before and drink lots of water
- Revise footdrill notes
