Programme Schedule for CCA on 13th April 2012, Friday

Below is the programme schedule for enrolment ceremony tomorrow.

4.00pm – 4.30pm	Enrolment Ceremony	All guides	Quadrangle
4.30pm – 4.55pm	Patrol corner cum tea break	All guides	Canteen Area
4.55pm – 5.15pm	Batch phototaking and company phototaking	All guides	Quadrangle
5.15pm – 5.30pm	Debrief and taps	Guiders, CLs and ACLs	Canteen Area

In case of wet weather, venues for all activities will be outside conference room B and C

Attire:
Sec 1s to Sec 4s: Full Guide uniform with hairnet/bun net, spec hooks, hat, ironed scarf, belt, buckle, collar buttons, white socks and white shoes.

Things to note:

1. Ear studs and watches are not allowed to be worn with the uniform
2. Please sew on all badges and patches and remember to wear the pin-on ones
3. Do go through the enrolment ceremony procedure in the last post before CCA tomorrow to minimise rehearsal time
4. Sec 1s remember your Honour and Guide Promise for the ceremony
5. Drink more water and get more rest for tomorrow
6. We will try to end CCA as early as possible for block tests are still going on
