Footdrill Practice for Sec 2s and 3s on Monday, 20th July

Please note that there will be footdrill practice for Sec 2s and 3s on Monday, 20th July.

Time: 0700-0800

Attire: PE T-Shirt with NY Skirt & Shorts, Polished Boots, White Socks, Hat, Specs Hooks, Hair/Bun Net

Venue: Quadrangle

Things to note:

1. Have your breakfast before reporting for practice.

2. Bring your water bottle for practice.

3. Have adequate rest the night before.

4. Revise footdrill notes.
