16 Aug Schedule, Show Night 2!2.45 - 4.15pm: Briefing by Mr Matthew Grey, Mr Lim & Mr Bang in LT 1 followed by singing on audi stage till 5pm.Who? Cast & Chorus
- Packed dinner to be brought to make-up room by makeup team for Act 1 Cast, Chorus (about 60 packed dinner) (Makeup and dinner at the same time to start at 5pm)
5pm: Briefing by Mr Lim & Mr Bang in LT 1Who? Operational Team (AV Sound, AV Light, AV Projection, AV Screen Nicole, AV Follow Spots)
3.30 - 4.30pm: Briefing by Ms Alycia & Ms Justina at AtriumWho? Stage Crew & SM4pm: Reporting time for Makeup & Wig Team4.30pm: Reporting Time for Costume Team6.30 - 7pm: Scene Work on stage (to be confirmed subjected to availability of students due to make up starting at 5pm)5pm: Screen Assistants to report for dinner and do necessary preparations.6.30pm: Act 1 Cast, soloists to be miked at atrium7pm: Sound Check for all7.15pm: All on standbyFurther Notes:
- Guests will start arriving at about 5pm; a reminder NOT to walk along the corridors of Admin Block
- Please use the Science Block toilets at ALL TIMES
- CO, String, Band, GZ, DALT, Dancers, Choir: You may decide on your own reporting time. Please refer to dinner schedule given by Ms Tay. All to be ready in costumes, make-up & hairdo by 6pm. (Earliest reporting time for those using the Music Rooms is3.30pm as the rooms are not available before this time.)
