15 Aug Schedule, Show Night 1!
2 - 4pm: Briefing by Mr Lim & Mr Bang in LT 1
Who? Cast & Chorus
- Packed dinner to be brought to make-up room by makeup team for Act 1 Cast, Chorus (about 60 packed dinner)
4.15 - 5.30pm: Briefing by Mr Lim & Mr Bang in LT 1
Who? Operational Team (AV Sound, AV Light, AV Projection, AV Screen Nicole, AV Follow Spots)
- Collect your dinner from the canteen at 4pm (10 Packed Dinner)
- Have your dinner in the LT while being briefed at the same time
- Dispose all containers outside the LT
3 - 5pm: Briefing by Ms Alycia & Ms Justina at Atrium
Who? Stage Crew & SM
3pm: Makeup & Wig Team
3.30pm: Costume Team (time can be adjusted depending on the teachers IC)
4pm: Prop IC (An Lin) to report at Atrium (4.30pm: the rest of the student prop team)
5.30 - 6.30pm: Scene Work on stage (to be decided by Mr Lim tomorrow)
5pm: Screen Assistants to report for dinner and do necessary preparations. On standby 6.30pm (curtain call finale)
6pm: Act 1 Cast, soloists to be miked at atrium
- By 6pm, all groups should be ready in costumes, make-up and hairdo
- AV mic-ers: report at 5pm (dinner followed by preparing to mike cast, soloists punctually at 6pm
6.30pm: Rehearse Finale curtain call (All groups)
7pm: Sound Check for all
7.15pm: All on standby
Further Notes:
- Guests will start arriving at about 5pm; a reminder NOT to walk along the corridors of Admin Block
- Please use the Science Block toilets at ALL TIMES
- CO, String, Band, GZ, DALT, Dancers, Choir: You may decide on your own reporting time. Please refer to dinner schedule given by Ms Tay. All to be ready in costumes, make-up & hairdo by 6pm.
- NYK & NYP: Please follow schedule as given earlier
