Attire:






Sec 1-3s: LSC'11 Tee + NY shorts/Dark blue straight cut FBTs




Things to note:







  1. Please remember to bring your water bottle along for the activities as it can be quite tiring.





  2. Sec 3s to read through the proposal beforehand and be clear on what they are to do on the day itself.
3. (UPDATED) Shanisse, K-cia, Sarah, Roselyn, Belle, Vanessa, Zhi Qin, Neo Ying and Crystal will have footdrill practice. Please bring your hat, hairnet, boots(no need to polish), white socks and spec hooks. You will wear the LSC'11 Tee together with NY shorts and skirt. Those who are in the NDP squad but are not involved in the training will go for Athletic Day activites and be down for training on Friday.
