for those who do not know how to sew your badges on the uniform:

badges are to be sewn in a 3 x 3 arrangement on the sleeves of your uniform. Start from the right sleeve ("right" in this case refers to the right-side when you wear the uniform). The first badge should be sewn on the column closest to the front of your uniform as shown below, then the second badge below the first, and the third below the second. The fourth badge will be placed on the second column. After 9 badges are sewn on the right sleeve, proceed onto the left sleeve, starting from the column nearest to the front of your uniform again(:
