Here is the schedule for CCA on 30th June, Tuesday.

16.15-18.00	Gadgets	Zoom call (refer to Whatsapp message for zoom link)	PLs to take attendance of their patrol during the first five minutes and report to EXCO.

Attire:

Sec 1-3s: Any school-based shirt/Hong Zi 

List of reminders:

1. Prepare pen and string (as substitute for poles & twine) 

2. Please use an *identifiable* name when entering zoom call, if not we cannot and will not admit you! 

3. Please be punctual in entering the zoom call! If you really cannot make in on time because of a valid reason, notify the PLs beforehand so we know if we can move on, and PLs do take note of your patrol’s attendance :)) 

4. For Sec2 & 3s, remember to revise gadget skills before the CCA session, so that it’s easier to teach Sec 1s + save time :D

5. Try to test your zoom and network beforehand if you know you have a problem, notify beforehand or try to fix it! 

6. Mute your call when you are not speaking

7. *Everyone should report 5 minutes before CCA starts for PLs to take attendance!*

8. Please view these links before CCA to either recap or learn it before the CCA Session. If you have any questions please bring it up during the CCA session. There will be time for Guides to watch these videos and clarify their doubts during the CCA Session itself, but it would be best if you guys watch the videos beforehand.😊😊

Election Details 2020!! :))

Hello Guides! 

it’s that time of the year again (no, not christmas 🎄) ITS ELECTIONS! 🙌🏻🥳

we hope all of you are excited as we elect the next batch of leaders for 2021 :) 

we are aware that it’s a little bit of an information overload, but do take note of the details below :

elections will be held via zoom 🎥

elections will be held across 3 sessions, 2/6, 5/6 and 9/6.

• 2/6, 4.00pm - 6.00pm: sec 3 speeches + interviews [part 1]
• 5/6, 5.30pm - 6.30pm: sec 3 speeches + interviews [part 2]
• 9/6, 4.00pm - 6.00pm: sec 2 interviews

your presence is expected at all times, meaning that you have to turn your video cameras on throughout the whole session! (except for sec 3s who will be entering at different times during the interview segment)

attire for the elections:

• sec ones: PE shirt 
• sec twos and fours: Guides shirt (tuesday), LSC’19 shirt (friday)
• sec threes: full Guide uniform (on your interview date + speech video), Guides shirt (non-interview date)

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TIMINGS ARE SUBJECTED TO CHANGES AS THERE MAY BE A CHANGE OF TIMETABLE AND DISMISSAL TIMES FOR SEMESTER 2. KEEP A LOOKOUT FOR ANY UPDATE

Suspension of CCA for 2 Weeks

Hi Guides! Please be noted that due to the COVID 19 situation, CCA will be suspended for two weeks from 23/3-3/4 and will resume on 7/4! We are still looking to see if we can assign work online during this two weeks via the GUIDING LIGHT portal so do regularly check the guides blog and your email for updates!

Do take care of yourselves and stay healthy during this period of time!!🥰🥰
