Things to note:

·         Only Guides from Group N are required to attend.

·         Revise parade procedures the night beforehand.

·         Ensure that you have eaten your breakfast before reporting.

·         Have adequate rest the night before.

·         Remember to bring you water bottle along and hydrate yourself.

Nanyang 95th Anniversary Carnival Shift Allocations

Helo Guides!

Here are the shift allocations for tomorrow's carnival:

Shift 2	1020 – 1055	Patrols 4, 5 and 6
Shift 3	1055 – 1130	Patrols 7, 8 and 9
Shift 4	1130 – 1200	Patrols 10, 11 and 12

Attire: Same as the school's requirements (Red and white, no slippers)

Patrol leaders please take note of the shifts and remind your patrol mates to report at the stall punctually!
The location of our stall is the 1st row, 2nd stall from the left when facing the canteen stalls.
Patrols from the 1st shift, please teach patrols from the 2nd shift how to tend the stall and the same applies to patrols from the 2nd and 3rd shift. The I/Cs will be at the stall most of the time so don't worry too much :)

Remember to have fun and also, please take care of each other and put in your best effort as all the funds raised will be donated to charity! :)

2 Aug, Thurs: 2.30pm to 5pm 3.30pm
3 Aug, Fri: report for dinner at the canteen at 6pm, 2.30pm stay till 10.30pm
4 Aug, Sat: report for duty at 7pm, stay till 10.30pm

Please stay back on Thursday after the rehearsal so that I can check with you how we are all doing so far...you are not just workers to me. You are people I care about, let's see what we can work out.
