Volunteers for tryout session for P & 0 camp for sec fours

Hello sec 1s and 2s,

This is a call-out to all the sec 1s and 2s that are free on 13th June 2011 ( Monday) to help your sec fours seniors who are running for PGA (President Guide Award), xinhui, amelia and jiachee for their planning of the Planning and Organization test camp.

You will be helping out by participating in the activities that they have organized for the camp, and rest assured that you do not have to study beforehand, or know anything to participate in the activities.

The venue will be Nanyang Girls' High School, and it will start from 8am, and it will end at about 12pm.

For those who are free, you are strongly encouraged to come and help your seniors out! Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Regarding SEC 2s West Division Day Training

Dear Sec 2s,

This is a reminder that there is West Division Day on 22 June 2011.

In addition, there will also be a training day on Canvas Tent-Pitching.

* Sec 2s are expected to read through the section on Tent-pitching in the

NYGG Handbook.

Please inform Neo Ying of your attendance for the training day by 10 June 2011.

Sec 2s are to note that consent forms for West Div. Day have been placed in Ms Falilah's Pigeon hole which is located at the Humanities Department.

Consent forms are to be handed in on West Div. Day itself.
